Lucas Barsby is an experienced and highly qualified financial adviser, having worked as an adviser since 2007 and in the financial planning industry since 2005. Having guided clients through the global financial crisis, COVID-19, and other challenging periods in investment markets, Lucas brings deep perspective and steady leadership to long-term financial planning.
He specialises in helping clients improve their financial position over time and values building strong relationships, taking the time to understand clients as people, not numbers.

Min Xia is an ASIC-registered financial adviser with over 15 years of experience in the financial planning industry. Throughout her career, she has held roles as a paraplanner, senior paraplanner, and financial adviser, developing extensive technical knowledge and practical expertise.
Min is recognised for delivering high-quality, client-focused advice that helps clients achieve meaningful outcomes across retirement planning, risk management, superannuation strategies, wealth creation, and Centrelink strategies. She has been advising clients since 2018, consistently demonstrating her commitment to providing tailored, practical financial solutions.
In recognition of her professional excellence, Min was nominated for Adviser of the Year in the 2024–25 financial year by Industry Fund Services, prior to joining Rockhopper Wealth.
